Registration is open for JOY Winter Program 2026, featuring exciting Christmas crafts, English activities, music, games, STEM projects, and plenty of holiday fun!
Join us for just one day, a full week, or both weeks!
We welcome children who want to experience a little holiday magic at Joy.
Spaces are subject to availability, so we encourage families to register early and celebrate this special season with us!

🎨 Daily Crafts & Activities
Every day, children will create a new Christmas craft and enjoy age-appropriate activities using different materials and skills. On December 25, we'll celebrate together with a special Santa keepsake.
⛄ More Daily Winter Fun!
Christmas music, paper snowball fights, English activities, games, holiday stories, free play, crafts, STEM, and winter exploration. Children can play, create, communicate and enjoy English naturally throughout the day.

👧 AGE GROUPS
🧸 Pre-K Class
18 months – 2 years old
Age-appropriate activities are provided so that even our youngest children can enjoy the Winter Program comfortably and confidently.
✨ Kinder Class
3 – 6 years old
Children will enjoy learning naturally through English activities, crafts, games, music, STEM, and play.
📚 Elementary Class
1st – 5th Grade
Older children will take part in age-appropriate English activities and projects with more opportunities for practical English communication.
Elementary Class is available during Week 2 only.

Children attending the Winter Program may stay from 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM free of charge.

Available during Week 1 and Week 2.
🌇 Afternoon Extended Care
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
+¥5,200/day
Available during Week 1 and Week 2.

Winter Program Tuition

Families may choose one day, multiple individual days, one full week, or both weeks.
Registration is subject to availability.
🍱 Optional School Lunch
School lunch is not included in tuition.

Parents may choose to:

🚌 Bus Service
Optional bus service is available during the Winter Program.
Weekly Bus Fees
One-Way: ¥4,250 per week
Round-Trip: ¥8,500 per week
Daily Bus Fees
One-Way: ¥850 per day
Round-Trip: ¥1,700 per day
Bus Maintenance Fee
A flat ¥850 per week bus maintenance fee is required for all bus users, regardless of one-way or round-trip service or the number of days used.

No late bus sign-ups can be accepted after the deadline.
Important Registration Information
🍱 Food Allergies
Please provide complete allergy information when registering. Children with food allergies may need to bring their own food or supplement the provided lunch. There will be no adjustment to tuition.
📝 Program Changes
There is a ¥2,000 fee for class or registration changes. Please contact the office to request a Change of Status Form. Some changes may not be possible depending on availability.
🚌 Bus Schedule Changes
There is a ¥5,000 fee for changes to the bus schedule. Pick-up and drop-off locations and times must remain consistent throughout the week. Variations may incur the change fee and are subject to availability.
💳 Invoicing & Payment
Invoices will normally be issued within three days of registration. All fees are due within seven days of registration, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds or make-up days are not available for absences, late arrivals, early departures, missed program days, or missed bus service.
To cancel a registration, please email announcements@joy-connect.com and include your child's name, date of registration, and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds or credits will normally be processed within approximately two weeks.
Cancellation Fees
Within 24 hours of registration: No cancellation fee
Within 6 days of registration: 25% of total tuition and fees
7–14 days after registration: 50% of total tuition and fees
15 days or later after registration: 100% of total tuition and fees
📌 Final Winter Program Registration: Monday, November 30, 2026 — 3:00 PM. Late registrations may be accepted depending on availability. A ¥1,000 Late Registration Fee applies to accepted registrations after the deadline.
