今年も、クリスマスの魔法に包まれる特別な2週間、JOY Winter Program 2026 を開催いたします。
クラフトや英語アクティビティ、音楽、ゲーム、STEM、冬ならではの遊びなどを通して、子どもたちは毎日新しい発見や学び、そしてたくさんの笑顔に出会います。
クリスマスならではの創造・学び・友情・遊びが詰まった、Joyならではの特別なWinter Programです。
毎日違うクラフトを楽しもう！
毎日、冬やクリスマスをテーマにしたクラフト制作を行います。
さまざまな材料や工作技法を使いながら、その日だけの特別な作品を完成させていきます。
そしてクリスマス当日の12月25日には、JOY Winter Program 2026の思い出として残せる、特別なサンタクロースの記念作品を制作します。

From Christmas crafts and holiday stories to music, games, English activities, winter fun, and plenty of surprises, every day will bring children something new to create, discover, and enjoy.

Every day, children will make a new, fun, and creative Christmas craft using a variety of materials, skills, and techniques.
On Christmas Day, December 25, we'll celebrate together and create a special Santa keepsake to remember JOY Winter Program 2026!

Age-appropriate activities are provided so that even our youngest children can enjoy the Winter Program comfortably and confidently.
✨ Kinder Class
3 – 6 years old
Children will enjoy learning naturally through English activities, crafts, games, music, STEM, and play.
📚 Elementary Class
1st – 5th Grade
Older children will take part in age-appropriate English activities and projects with more opportunities for practical English communication.
Elementary Class is available during Week 2 only.

Bus Maintenance Fee
A flat ¥850 per week bus maintenance fee is required for all bus users, regardless of one-way or round-trip service or the number of days used.

No late bus sign-ups can be accepted after the deadline.

お支払い期限を過ぎた場合、事前にオフィスへご相談いただいていない限り、Early Bird割引は無効となります。
🍱 食物アレルギーについて
食物アレルギーがある場合は、お申し込み時に必ず詳細をご記入ください。
アレルギーの内容によっては、ご家庭から食事をご持参いただく場合や、スクールランチの一部を補っていただく場合があります。
その場合も、Winter Program参加費の変更はありません。
🔄 お申し込み内容の変更について
クラスやお申し込み内容の変更には、¥2,000の変更手数料がかかります。
変更をご希望の場合は、オフィスまでご連絡いただき、Change of Status Formをご提出ください。
定員状況などにより、ご希望の変更をお受けできない場合があります。
🚌 バススケジュールの変更について
バススケジュールの変更には、¥5,000の変更手数料がかかります。
バスの乗車場所・降車場所・時間は、原則として1週間を通して同じ場所・時間をご利用ください。
変更をご希望の場合は、空き状況を確認のうえ対応いたします。
💳 請求書・お支払いについて
お申し込み後、通常3日以内に請求書を発行いたします。
特別な記載がない限り、お申し込み日から7日以内にお支払いをお願いいたします。
❌ キャンセル・返金について
- 欠席・遅刻・早退・プログラム不参加・バス不利用などによる返金・振替は行っておりません。
- キャンセルをご希望の場合は、announcements@joy-connect.com までメールにてご連絡ください。
- メールには以下をご記載ください。

・キャンセル理由 - 承認された返金またはクレジットは、通常約2週間以内に処理いたします。

📋 Important Program Information
🎁 Early Bird Discounts
Early Bird discounts apply only when registration is completed by the August 18 Early Bird deadline and the invoice is paid by the payment due date.
Late payment will void the Early Bird discount unless arrangements have been made with the office in advance.
🍱 Food Allergies
Please provide complete allergy information when registering.
Children with food allergies may need to bring their own food or supplement the provided lunch. There will be no adjustment to tuition.
📝 Program Changes
There is a ¥2,000 fee for class or registration changes.
Please contact the office to request a Change of Status Form. Some changes may not be possible depending on availability.
🚌 Bus Schedule Changes
There is a ¥5,000 fee for changes to the bus schedule.
Pick-up and drop-off locations and times must remain consistent throughout the week. Variations may incur the change fee and are subject to availability.
💳 Invoicing & Payment
Invoices will normally be issued within three days of registration.
All fees are due within seven days of registration, unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds or make-up days are not available for absences, late arrivals, early departures, missed program days, or missed bus service.
To cancel a registration, please email announcements@joy-connect.com and include:
• Your child's name
• Date of registration
• Reason for cancellation
Approved refunds or credits will normally be processed within approximately two weeks.

Within 6 days of registration
25% of total tuition and fees
7–14 days after registration
50% of total tuition and fees
15 days or later after registration
100% of total tuition and fees

Late registrations may be accepted depending on availability.
A ¥1,000 Late Registration Fee will apply to registrations accepted after the deadline.
We encourage families who would like to join us to register as early as possible.
