**３つのパーティーのうち、どちらのパーティーにでもご参加いただくことが可能ですが、 それぞれのパーティーは、各年齢層に合わせた体験ができるようにデザインされておりますことをご了承ください。

- パーティーへの参加申し込みは、下記のフォームよりサインアップしてください :

参加ご希望の方は、10月26日までにお申込みください! - Joy to the Worldに在籍中のお子様は無料でご参加いただけます! ご家族やゲストの方のご参加費は¥500です。参加費は、パーティー前日までに2階オフィスにてお支払いください。やむを得ず当日のお支払いになる場合は、参加費ちょうどの金額をご用意ください。（パーティー当日はお釣りのご用意がありません。お手数ですがご協力をお願いいたします。）パーティーに参加される方は、全員事前の参加登録が必要です。
- 小学生以外の全てのお子様は、校内にいる間最低でも1名の大人の付き添いが必要で す。保護者の方の送迎のみのご参加は出来かねます。小学生のお子様は、パーティーへのお申込みの際に保護者の方がお子様お一人での参加を選択された場合に限り、保護者の方無しでのご参加が可能です。
- 子どもたちには、色々なお部屋で様々な体験をするためのチケットカードが配られます。各お部屋には、ハロウィンの楽しいアクティビティが用意されています。4階では、ゲームルーム、ハロウィンインタラクティブルーム、ディスコダンスパーティールームをお楽しみいただけます! 各お部屋での体験が終了すると、子どもたちはチケットカードに穴をあけてもらい、先生からキャンディをもらいます。
- 4階のお部屋をお楽しみいただいた後は、階段を使って2階のPre-Kクラスにあるハロウィンフォトブースへお越しください。こちらでは、スタッフがゲストの皆様の携帯電話やカメラを使って、ご家族の写真を撮らせていただきます。
- フォトブースで写真撮影を終えたご家族は、出口に移動し、ハロウィンキャンディのバッグを受け取り、退場いただくことになります。
- 2階をご見学後は、4階への再入場はご遠慮くださいますようお願いいたします。
コスチュームコンテストと、アートコンテストの入賞者の発表は、2階と4階にポスターを掲示します。当選者は、翌週(11月3日まで)にオフィスにて賞品をお受け取り下さい。
コスチュームコンテストやアートコンテストに加え、Joy to the Wolrdでは毎年恒例のハロウィンラッフルに多くのご家族の皆さまにご参加いただいておりました。残念ながら、今年はハロウィンラッフルは開催いたしませんが、来年またこのラッフルを開催できることを楽しみにしております。
このハロウィンパーティーで皆さまにお会いできますことを楽しみにしております。また、このハロウィンパーティーがJoyの最高の思い出の一つとなるよう、ご協力いただきました皆さまに、感謝申し上げます。

🎃 Joy to the World Halloween Party 2023!

Party 1 - 10:00 AM - Gumdrop Party Mommy & Me, Pre-K, K1 (0-4 Years Old)
Party 2 - 11:00 AM - Jack-O-Lantern Party K2, K3, AK (4-6 Years Old)
Party 3 - 12:00 PM - Skeleton Party Elementary (6 Years Old and Older)
**Families may choose to sign up from any of these three parties, though please understand that each party will offer an experience that has been designed for the stated age group.
General Information
- Please fill out the form below in order to sign up for the party:

Sign Up by 10/26 to attend! - Children who are currently enrolled at Joy to the World can join for free! Entrance for family and guests will be ¥500. We ask parents to pay this fee in advance by stopping by our School Office on the 2nd floor prior to the event though, for parents who are unable to do this, you may also pay the exact fee on the day of the Halloween Party (we apologize that on the day of the Halloween Party we will be unable to make change). All people attending the party must be registered in order to enter.
- All non elementary-aged students MUST be attended by at least 1 adult family member the entire time they are in the school. Parents may not drop off and pick up for this event. Elementary-aged students may come alone if parents choose this option when signing up for the party.
- All children will be given a ticket card that they can use to visit different rooms. Each room has its own fun Halloween activity! On the 4th Floor, kids can enjoy our Game Room, or Halloween Interactive Room, and our Disco Dance Party Room! After each room, children will have their ticket card punched by a teacher and receive a piece of candy.
- After children have finished enjoying our 4th Floor, we ask families to please use the stairs to visit our 2nd Floor Halloween Photo Booth located in the Pre-K classroom. Here, staff will be able to take your family photo using your own phone/camera.
- After finishing in our photo booth, families can move to the exit, receive their bag of Halloween Candy, and exit the school.
- We ask that, after visiting the 2nd Floor, families/children do not attempt to re-enter the 4th Floor. Thank you for your understanding.
We will have posters announcing winners of our Costume and Art contests hanging on the 4th and 2nd Floor. Please check to see if you are a winner, and if so, you can claim your prize in the office between the following week (by November 3rd).
In addition to our Costume Contest and Art Contest, Joy to the World is always excited to give families the chance to participate in our annual Halloween Raffle. For this year, however, we will not be holding our raffle. We look forward to bringing this back next year and thank you.

ハロウィンは毎年、キュートなコスチュームやスプーキーなコスチューム、他にも様々な素晴らしいコスチュームを着るチャンスです! ハロウィンコスチュームコンテストに参加して、あなたのコスチュームをみんなに披露してください!

加えて、最も可愛いコスチューム、最も怖いコスチューム、さらに最もクリエイティブなコスチュームの受賞者も選択します!
Joyくんは10月20日(金)まででコンテストを締め切りますので、皆さんお早めに素敵なコスチュームを登録してください!

Halloween is our chance every year to wear some cute, spooky or just plain amazing costumes! Join our Halloween Costume Contest and show off your costume by entering into our contest to win a prize!
We have categories for the following which you can choose from:
- 0-2 Years old
- 3-6 Years old
- Elementary
- Family
And in addition, we will also give a prize for the cutest, the scariest and the most creative costumes!
So hurry and submit your costume picture! Joy-Kun will be closing the competition on Friday, October 20th, so you have then to show us your amazing costumes!
Winners will be announced at our Halloween Party on October 28th, and winners can pick up their prizes the following week!

Art Contest
アーティストの皆さん!! Joyくんは園児、生徒、兄弟姉妹、保護者などJoy to the Woldに関わる全ての皆さまを対象にしたアートコンペティションを行います! ご参加方法は簡単! 今週、モーニングプログラムとアフタープログラムそれぞれのクラスの担任が顔や背景のないパンプキンの塗り絵を配布します。誰が最も素晴らしいパンプキンを描くことができるかを競います!
カテゴリーは以下の通りです：
- 0-2才 (1位 2位 3位）
- 3-6才 (1位 2位 3位)
- 小学生 (1位 2位 3位)
- 中学生-大人 (1位 2位 3位)
その他、以下のカテゴリーの受賞者も1名選択します：
- 最もクリエイティブな作品、最も怖い作品、最も可愛い作品

Calling all artists! Joy-Kun is holding an art competition for everyone at Joy, including students, siblings and parents!
How do you participate? It’s easy! This week the Head Teachers for our morning program and afternoon program will be handing out a coloring sheet of a pumpkin with no face or background. We will have a competition to see who can draw the most amazing pumpkin!
The categories are:
- 0-2 Years old (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place)
- 3-6 Years old (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place)
- Elementary (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place)
- Junior High-Adult (1st, 2nd, 3rd Place)
And in addition, we will also select 1 winner for the following categories:
- Most Creative, Most Scary, and Most Cute!
Be sure to turn in your spoooooky pumpkin to your Head Teachers by Friday, October 20th!
Winners will be announced at our Halloween Party on October 28th, and winners can pick up their prizes the following week!
