Little adventures, big memories
On October 31, children, parents, and teachers came together at Joy to the World for a special Halloween celebration. The afternoon began with games in our decorated classrooms, followed by a colorful costume showcase and a Monster & Ghost Hunt at nearby Takehaya Park. Back at Joy, the children celebrated with costume prizes and treats for our monster hunters, before sharing more wonderful moments together as a Joy community.
CHAPTER 01
The Halloween fun begins
The afternoon began in Joy's Halloween game rooms, where children tried ring toss, ball challenges, and a tricky spiderweb target. Parents and teachers joined in, celebrated every effort, and helped little players enjoy moving from game to game.
CHAPTER 02
A fantastic costume showcase!
Next came the Costume Showcase! Children proudly posed at our Halloween photo wall as witches, superheroes, princesses, Pokémon characters, pirates, and more. Even our youngest guests joined in, making the showcase a celebration of everyone's creativity.
CHAPTER 03
Searching for monsters & ghosts
Families then headed to nearby Takehaya Park for the Monster & Ghost Hunt. Children searched for hidden illustrated Halloween creatures, proudly showed off their discoveries, and gathered together again after their outdoor adventure.
CHAPTER 04
A Special Prize for Every Costume!
After the Monster & Ghost Hunt, everyone returned to Joy for a little celebration! Children who came dressed in costume received a special Halloween prize, and we also handed out treats to celebrate the successful monster hunters. A sweet reward for their adventure and a lovely way to share the Halloween spirit together.

Together at Joy — Memories That Matter
More than costumes, games, and treats, Halloween at Joy was a chance for families, children, and teachers to spend time together. These candid snapshots capture the smiles, shared meals, little conversations, and joyful group moments that made the afternoon so memorable.
