If so, why not join our annual Winter Program? This year is extra special because we have lots of Christmas Magic planned. We cannot wait to see the children’s eyes fill with Joy when they experience the Christmas Crafts, Cooking, Dancing, Games, and Activities together with friends in an all-English environment!

Tuition & Fees

Tuition

  • ¥59,000 per week
  • ¥14,000 per day

Extended Care (Optional)

  • 8 - 9:30 am Extended Care ¥1,200 per day

Bus Service (Optional)

  • One-Way ¥4,250 per week (¥850 per day)
  • Round-Trip ¥6,500 per week (¥1300 per day)

Notes

  • Tuition includes lunch
  • No extended care past 3:00 p.m. during the Winter Program.
  • If late sign-up are accepted after December 1, 2023, there will be a ¥1000 service fee.

Enrollment Confirmation

After you sign up online, you will receive an email with an enrollment confirmation. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please call the school immediately, which may indicate that your application was not submitted correctly. We will be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue.

We will send invoices to the email address you used during the signup.

Important Rules

  • Early Bird Discount: Pay the invoice by the due date to apply the discount. Late payment without contacting the office will void the discount.
  • No Late Bus Sign Ups: We will not accept late bus sign ups.
  • Food Allergies: Children with food allergies may need to provide or supplement lunch. No discount or change in tuition applies.
  • Program Changes: There is a ¥2,000 fee for class changes. Call us for the “Change of Status” form. Please note that some changes may not be possible.
  • Bus Schedule Changes: There is a ¥5,000 fee for changes. Pick-up and drop-off must be consistent throughout the week. Different locations or times require the ¥5,000 change fee.
  • Invoicing and Payment: We will issue invoices within three days of registration. All fees are due seven days after registration.

Refunds & Make-Ups

  • There are no refunds or make-ups for absences, late arrivals, early departures, or missed bus service.
  • We will process refunds or credits after approximately two weeks.

Program and Bus Cancellation Schedule & Fees

To cancel, send and email to announcements@joy-connect.com with your child's name, date of registration, and reason for canceling.

The cancellation fees are as follows and are based on the date of your signup:

  • 24-Hour Grace Period: No cancellation fee
  • Within 6 Days: 25% of total tuition and fees
  • Between 7 and 14 Days: 50% of total tuition and fees
  • 15 Days or Later: 100% of total tuition and fees.
