Spring Fun 2010 Application and Instructions
1. Fill out the application below by March 5, 2010. ２０１０年３月５日までにお申し込み書を郵送または事務局までご提出下さい。
2. Please refer to the Tuition Chart below and make payment by March 12, 2010. (We will not send invoices for this program.) 料金表をご確認の上２０１０年３月１２日までに全学費を下記銀行口座にご納入下さい。 当プログラについての参加費明細書は発行いたしませんのでご了承下さい。

4. After receiving your application and payment, a “Welcome Package” will be scheduled to be sent to you on March 17, with all the program details and items to bring. 参加費のご納入が確認できましたら“Welcome Package”を全プログラムの詳細や持ち物リストと一緒に３月１７日にお渡しいたします。
5. There will be no refunds for any reason after payments have been received, so please be sure before signing up for any program.* 如何なる理由でも参加費ご納入後の返金は一切ございません。各プログラムの参加お申し込み前に再度ご確認をお願いいたします。
* We reserve the right to decline acceptance to applicants for any reason. In the case of a declined acceptance, a full refund will be given. 何らかの理由により、当校側からプログラムへの参加を ご遠慮いただく場合があります。その場合のみ参加費は全額返金いたします。
